CEJN 10mm ID Yellow Air Breathing Hose
This medical grade PVC air breathing hose is Certified to AS/NZS 1716:2012 for use with a wide variety of common breathing air sources.
Each breathing air hose is assembled to your specifications. Choose the hose that fits your requirements and we'll cut it to your preferred length and assemble with the high-performance, quick connection Series 341 or 342 couplings and nipples. Every custom assembled hose is tested prior to dispatch to ensure proper assembly and premium performance.

CEJN SPIRAL anti-spark pur breathing air hose.
CEJN spiral anti-spark hose is resistant to scorching and damage due to exposure to sparks that are present in welding environments or where cutting equipment is in use. Its excellent recoil ability and outstanding aging qualities make it ideal for assembly lines and fixed workplaces. applications. Specific sizes of the hose comply with Standard EN14594:2005 for breathing air use, when used with approved breathing air filters and masks.
Spiral hose kits are supplied ready for immediate use with Series 342 couplings and nipples with CEJN's reusable Stream-line connection system.

341 Series BREATHING AIR QUICK CONNECT FITTINGS
CEJN 341 series 'Breathing Air' fittings feature nickel-plated brass construction making it a perfect fit for use in damp/wet and corrosive environments.
Series 341 feature a one-hand operation during connection and has an integrated safety feature that guards against unintentional disconnection.
Offering an extremely high airflow rate and a grip-friendly locking sleeve makes it well suited for air cushion inflation and diving applications.
The couplings and nipples are available in a wide range of connection styles.

342 Series BREATHING AIR QUICK CONNECT FITTINGS
The 342 series of 'Breathing Air' fittings is the most commonly used Breathing air series in New Zealand, it features a Nickel-plated steel/brass construction with a locking sleeve made of hardened Nickel-plated steel.
CEJN's breathing air range consists of couplings and nipples, hose, hose kits and accessories. The Series offers a wide range of connections, as well as anti-hose whip nipples. The automatic safety-locking feature prevents unintentional disconnection.

346 Series BREATHING AIR QUICK CONNECT FITTINGS
The AI SI 316 stainless steel construction of Series 346 makes it an ideal choice for applications in tough environments, such as offshore duty.
Its special valve design provides a high rate of airflow. Like most CEJN breathing air couplings, Series 346 offers one-hand operated connection, an integrated safety
feature that guards against unintentional disconnection, a grip friendly locking sleeve.

STAGE 1 – Push the nipple into the coupling.
STAGE 2 - At the same time pull back the locking ring of coupling to disconnect. This Safety Feature gives the user the confidence and the assurance that there will be no accidental disconnection.
